City Permits after an on-site review of a comprehensive Due Diligence inspection and ADA Compliance

PIP document review prior to purchasing or installation, FF&E items for Brand Design & Plan Review Department approvals is subject to removal and replacement.

PIP scope of work related  Signage/communications program on property for all guests about renovations planned or in progress. and perform tasks as per all plans, color boards and finishes/furnishings specifications:
